How the BridgeFlow TMMBV works
A simplified technical walkthrough of each operational state — engineered for both field teams and commercial decision-makers.
Friction-Free, Unrestricted Flow
When the valve is in the open position, the ball assembly retracts the segments and rotates until fully open. This creates a friction-free interface between the ball and the seats — eliminating wear during normal operation.
- Ball segments retract fully to allow unrestricted flow
- No contact between ball and seats during rotation — zero friction wear
- Minimizes pressure drop across the valve body
- Reduces energy consumption compared to traditional trunnion designs
- Compatible with manual, pneumatic, or electric operators
Configured for your operating environment
BridgeFlow accepts manual, pneumatic, or electric operators — with lower energy consumption and improved efficiency compared to conventional trunnion designs.
